The food here is good, Mexican, and plenty. The service is quick, thanks Taylor. We got the watermelon strawberry margarita which was the only thing that could be improved. It was served in a water glass which was a bummer. The rest of the experience was good.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the service and food this time around. It feels like they've only gotten _better_ over time (I haven't been in a while). I had some vegetarian tacos which were so good, genuinely surprised and delighted; and the service was fast and professional. What a well run business. A couple things worth noting: burritos are more like fork food than finger food (they're square), and fries were good but nothing particularly special.

Has a great meal. The fried tofu appetizer was great. Better than many Chinese restaurants. Needed more sauce though. We sat by the open windows in a very moderate day. Nice. Oddly, the least amazing part of the meal was the taco meat.

This gets 5 stars for a chain at least this location. The food is always good and comes out fast. Never have to wait long to be seated always a good experience.

We came to Mad Mex on a Thursday evening after Chili's had a wait. Why would Chili's have a wait on a Thursday, it's mid. Anyways, I'm glad we came to Mad Mex, because it was a way better experience than the one we would have gotten at Chili's. I'm more familiar with the Mad Mex on Highland, and I have to say that this location is gorgeous. The decor is wonderful, and I love the seating options. All of the staff are incredibly amicable and helpful. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious, I loved the triple dipper option. I plan on coming back, this was clearly the best place to eat at Waterworks.

Just want to give a shout out to the Fox Chapel Mad Mex. They through together a catering order for our office in record time! We all really appreciate that! And the food was delicious. Thank you again!!

Very cool atmosphere in this place especially sitting by the window. This location always has the best service and the food is top tier. Highly recommend

We had not been to a Mad Mex in 20 years. Looking for food today and decided to give it a shot. Very happy. The food was great. I got the burrito with beef which was huge. My wife got the beef quesadillas and they were very good. The margaritas were fantastic. We had super friendly employees and our bartender Kayla could not have been any better. Its hard to find anyone friendly in the restaurant business anymore but she was awesome. We will be back.
